a different kind of safe space
Published by vegankid | Filed under Safe Spaces
Fournier on Privilege Judo writes in “The fog clears” about the need for creating safe spaces for feminist anti-racist White hetero men. The conversation that it has produced is an interesting look at how a different kind of safe space needs to be created for oppressor groups; a space that diverges from the everyday safe space of comfort and privilege and towards a space of radical support, healing, and solidarity. I won’t read into it too much, so check it out.
